1. Who we are

This website, sahabuddin.net, belongs to Sahab Uddin, Head of International Communication at Infinity Human Capital Management Ltd., a licensed overseas recruiting agency in Bangladesh (Recruiting Licence No. 1981). Head office: Jabbar Tower, Level 8, Road No. 135, House No. 42, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh. We also work with partners in Romania and other countries. We are responsible ("data controller") for the personal data described here.

2. What information we collect

When you…	We collect
Apply online or send the contact form	Name, phone / WhatsApp, email (optional), job or skill, experience, country you want, your message. For employers: company name and hiring needs.
Create a Fun Zone account or log in with Google / Facebook	Name, email, a protected (hashed) password, your learning progress and club membership.
Ask for flight reminders	Email, flight number and date, so we can send reminder emails.
Use the AI assistant, AI job matching or AI interview coach	The question or answer you type. It is sent to our AI provider only to create the reply. Please do not type passport numbers or other private numbers.
Use the passport scanner or "My details"	The photo is read on your own device. The passport photo is not uploaded to our server. Your details stay in your browser unless you send an application.
Visit the website	Anonymous visit counts: page sections viewed, type of device, language, the website that sent you, and country (from your browser language). We do not store your IP address and we do not use tracking cookies. If the page has a technical error, we save the error message and browser type so we can fix it.

3. Why we use it (legal basis)

To help you find a job abroad or to answer your request: we contact you, check your profile against open jobs and arrange interviews. This is a step you asked for before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To send you emails you asked for: confirmations and flight reminders (consent, Art. 6(1)(a). You can stop them at any time).
To keep the website safe and working: spam protection, anonymous statistics and error reports (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
To meet legal duties under Bangladesh overseas employment law (BMET) and the law of the destination country (Art. 6(1)(c)).

We never sell your data and we never use it for advertising.

Employers abroad: only when you apply for their job, and only what they need to choose candidates.
Government offices: embassies, visa centres and BMET, when needed for your work permit or visa.
Service providers that run the website for us: our web hosting company (server and database), email delivery, Google and Facebook (only if you log in with them), Google Translate (text you translate), Anthropic (AI replies), Wikimedia (historic photos, country articles and dictionary meanings are loaded from Wikipedia and Wiktionary — only the word you look up is sent), and the free MediaPipe and PDF tools, which run on your device. They may process data outside Bangladesh or the EU. Where needed we rely on standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.

5. How long we keep it

Applications and messages: up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Longer only if you are placed in a job, because the law requires us to keep records.
Fun Zone accounts: until you delete your account or ask us to.
Flight reminders: deleted after the trip.
Anonymous statistics: 12 months. Error reports: a few weeks. Backups: 14 days.

6. Cookies and device storage

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not need a cookie banner with many choices. The website saves some small items in your browser's storage (localStorage) so it works for you:

Item	Purpose
Fun Zone progress, games, scores (`fz…`)	Remember your lessons, levels and quiz results on this device.
Your details and introduction (`fzIntro`, `fzProfile`)	Fill your details automatically in the lessons and forms.
Language and theme	Remember Bangla / English and light / dark mode.
Login token	Keep you logged in to the Fun Zone.
Website content cache (`fzCMS`, `fzHist1`)	Load the page faster.
`fzPrivacyOk`	Remember that you closed the privacy notice.

If you log in with Google or Facebook, those companies may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies. You can delete all saved items at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

7. How we protect your data

The whole website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Passwords are stored as secure hashes and never in plain text. Our staff each have their own account with only the access their job needs, protected by 2-step login, and every action in the admin area is recorded in an activity log.
Private data folders cannot be opened from the internet. Daily backups are kept for 14 days.
Forms are protected against spam and repeated sending.

Warning about fraud: we never ask for money on WhatsApp without an official receipt, and we never ask for your passwords. If someone does, please report it to us.

8. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

see the data we hold about you, and get a copy;
correct wrong data;
delete your data ("right to be forgotten"), unless the law requires us to keep it;
stop or limit how we use it, or object to it;
take back your consent, for example to stop reminder emails.

We reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Union you can also complain to your data protection authority. In Romania this is ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
